Deliveries will be made to the postal address indicated by the customer in the order form.

Shipping Times

the shipment will be made on the working day following the order confirmation. All orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm, Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday morning.

For deliveries we rely on the following couriers: SGT, BRT, SDA, POSTE ITALIANE. The times are indicated in working days (from Monday to Friday). Normally the delivery takes place in 2-3 working days and in any case no later than 5 days.

The courier does not allow delivery to Post Office Boxes and Fermo Posta.

We recommend inserting a mobile phone number in the order in order to be contacted more easily by the courier.

Upon delivery of the products to the courier, an e-mail confirming the shipment and the shipment code will be sent to the customer in order to be traceable. Deliveries will be made from Monday to Friday, during normal office hours, excluding national holidays.

In case of non-collection

In the event that the goods return to our warehouses for non-collection by the customer, the latter can be reimbursed only 50% of the total value of the order.


Before making

The customer must ensure that the products are in the same condition in which he received them, with any identification tags and seals (for more information, see Return conditions below). The return must be sent within 14 working days of delivery. Maravica reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent back late, or for products that are not in the same condition in which you received them.

Are not you satisfied?

Maravica wants to guarantee your complete satisfaction. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, you can return one or more items and receive a refund equal to the price of the returned products. It is not possible to change the items purchased with other products. Before returning your goods to our warehouse, check that the conditions have been met. Maravica will refund you the price of returned products, net of shipping and return (shipping and return costs are refunded only in the case of broken or defective items). Maravica will not accept returns that do not meet all the required conditions. Please fill in the form available on the website at the product return page or contact us.

Return conditions

All products available on come with original packaging. We invite the customer to try the product without throwing the package because we will not accept returned items that are not in the same condition in which you received them. Returned products must not have been used, washed or damaged. The products must be returned in their original packaging.

Products returned from the same order must be sent in one shipment: Maravica will not accept returns from the same order shipped at different times. If any of these conditions is not met, Maravica will not be able to accept your return. We remind you that shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Send the return to Maravica

The customer must send, using a courier of his choice and at his own expense (except for incorrect, damaged or defective items - see General conditions of sale), within 14 days from the date of communication of the withdrawal, the products purchased at the following address:

Repayment times

After our warehouse has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance. This process takes up to 7 working days from the delivery of the package in the warehouse.

Repayment method

Refunds are made on the payment method used for the purchase. The costs and risks related to the return of the products are borne by the user (the return is free, only in the case of defective or broken items, however always and not more than 14 days). The user must include a copy of the order confirmation in the package.

The time required to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card.
